GENERAL OBJECTIVES

The principle objective of the Fund is to generate a stable and diverse income stream while also generating a modest level of long-term capital appreciation and attractive risk-adjusted returns relative to more liquid fixed income alternatives. Current income and capital preservation are primary objectives of the Fund. The Fund seeks to achieve these objectives with minimal correlation to equity and fixed income market movements. The Fund utilizes a diversified multi-strategy multi-manager approach based upon a rigorous ongoing diligence and portfolio allocation process. The Fund’s investment strategy, decisions and management will be directed by the Manager. The Manager may change, in its absolute discretion, the investment objectives and policies of the fund.

INVESTMENT STRATEGY

To achieve the objectives of steady current income, long term price appreciation and attractive risk-adjusted returns relative to more liquid fixed income alternatives, the Fund will invest in high quality institutional strategies consistent with its objectives with the flexibility to adjust in response to changing economic factors.

The Parliament Income Fund, LLC (hereafter, the “Fund”) has not been registered under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “Securities Act”), or any other applicable securities law.
